4. How Can I Control Cookies?

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This document is intended for B2B partners (Travel Agents and Corporate Clients) to ensure compliance when they provide customer data to Yono DMC.

Between:
1. The Controller: The B2B Partner/Travel Agent providing traveler data.
2. The Processor: Yono DMC, having its registered office at Unit No. 259, 2nd Floor, Tower No. B1, SPAZE ITECH PARK, Badshahpur Sohna Rd, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018.

DPA 1. Scope and Applicability

This DPA applies to the processing of personal data by Yono DMC on behalf of the Controller to facilitate travel bookings, DMC services, and OTA operations.

DPA 2. Data Protection Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

DPA 3. Obligations of the Processor (Yono DMC)

  • 3.1 Processing Instructions: We shall process personal data only on the documented instructions of the Controller.
  • 3.2 Confidentiality: We ensure that personnel authorized to process personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.
  • 3.3 Security: We shall implement technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of sensitive travel documents (passports).
  • 3.4 Sub-processing: The Controller grants a general authorization to Yono DMC to engage sub-processors (for example, hotels and airlines) necessary for service fulfillment.

DPA 4. Data Subject Rights

Yono DMC shall assist the Controller, insofar as possible, to fulfill obligations to respond to Data Subject rights requests (access, correction, or deletion).

DPA 5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, Yono DMC shall notify the Controller without undue delay (typically within 48-72 hours) after becoming aware of the breach.

DPA 6. Termination

Upon termination of services, Yono DMC shall, at the choice of the Controller, delete or return all personal data unless Indian law requires storage of the personal data (for example, for tax audits).
